Call for Talk Submissions
We aim to build a programme that reflects the full breadth of the PQC migration challenge. We therefore welcome contributions on topics such as:
- Lessons learned from PQC migration efforts
- Technical advancements
- Regulatory and policy developments
- Governance and risk
- Practical experiences from migration planning and deployment
The conference is designed for a diverse audience, including higher management, policymakers and regulators, security professionals, technical experts, researchers, and practitioners from government, industry and the private sector.
Presentation format
Talks will be scheduled in 25-minute slots (20 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A).
Review process:
All submissions will be reviewed by a programme committee to ensure a high-quality and well-balanced programme.
Awards
Submitted talks will be eligible for three award categories:
- PQC Migration Award (Process): for outstanding migration efforts, including strategy, planning, and real-world implementation
- PQC Innovation Award (Technical): for innovative technical contributions, including cryptographic approaches or impactful tooling
- Brilliant Failure Award (Lessons Learned): for valuable insights gained from challenges, setbacks, or unexpected outcomes
Important Dates
- Opening submission system: 1 July 2026
- Submission deadline: 15 October 2026
- Notification of acceptance: 15 December 2026
- Conference: 9–10 March 2027
