Testing PQC in practice: what happens when you migrate real applications?

Within the PCSI PQC Benchmarking project we aimed to tackle one of the major pain points of the migration to quantum safe cryptography: uncertainty about the difficulty of migrating real systems. We wanted to know the impact of migration to PQC: of the migration itself (how much effort does it take) and on the system (performance decrease).
The plan was simple: every partner migrates one of their own applications. Doing it in practice? Not so simple. We learned a lot. In this talk we want to share some of those lessons with the audience.
