Post-Quantum Cryptography Alliance: Driving development and adoption of open-source post-quantum cryptography

The talk has two parts. First, I give an overview over the Linux Foundation’s Post-Quantum Cryptography Alliance (PQCA), a collection of projects furthering the development and adoption of open-source post-quantum cryptography. Second, I highlight mlkem-native, a project under the PQCA which provides a formally verified, highly optimized and yet portable C90 implementation of ML-KEM that is already in widespread use. I conclude with an outlook, including our work-in-progress ML-DSA implementation mldsa-native.
