Embedding PQC in Supply Chain Security

Supply chains, smart factories, and critical infrastructure are becoming more complex and interconnected, increasing the importance of securing the embedded platforms within. This talk explores how secure boot, OTA update integrity, and protocol migration are being adapted to integrate post-quantum cryptography, even in the most resource-constrained links. With national governments imposing aggressive migration timelines, we examine the technical challenges involved in deploying PQC across embedded ecosystems and identify areas where work now can accelerate system-level migration.
