Edmund Buchbinder

Edmund Buchbinder holds a degree in psychology and a Master of Science in computer science. He began his professional career as a consultant for software ergonomics in Professor Dr. Prümper’s Office for Work and Organizational Psychology in Berlin.
He joined DB Systel in 1998 and has worked for the company in various roles and functions since then. He has also been the IT emergency manager for the DB Group and DB Systel since 2020.
Edmund Buchbinder has been appointed as acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer at DB Systel GmbH since April 2025.
