A Case Study of Real-World Post-Quantum Migration -- GitLab CI/CO DevOps Pipelines

Migrating legacy systems from classical cryptography to post-quantum cryptography involves much more than changing API-compatible code. Changes in system behavior and external dependencies are crucial to the migration process. In this talk, we will explore several cryptographic migration models and illustrate them with real-world examples. We will use a concrete instance of GitLab as our guiding example and explain the imponderabilia that occurred along the way.
