Migrating Google to PQC

This talk shares lessons from Google’s journey towards quantum safety, which began in 2016 with Chrome experiments. We’ll explore the challenges of migrating to NIST PQC standards, a process now accelerated by emerging compliance requirements, while keeping quantum risk mitigation the primary goal. The discussion will also cover how Google is laying the architectural foundations for future cryptographic migrations, ensuring long-term security and agility beyond current PQC standards.
