Gayle is Director (Strategy & Planning) at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore. She and her teams are responsible for the development of Singapore’s national cybersecurity policies and legislation, strategies, and plans.
Before joining CSA, Gayle was Director (Planning) at the National Climate Change Secretariat. She was formerly at The Business Times, as Strategy & Growth Editor and as a journalist. She has also served in the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and the Public Service Division.
Gayle holds an MLA from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MA in English from the University of Cambridge. She is an alumnus of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
