Frank Morgner is an expert in IT security and electronic identification systems. Frank is currently conducting research for the innovation department at Bundesdruckerei on the practical use of post-quantum algorithms at all application levels, from low-level design in a security controller to system and protocol design, particularly in national and international funding projects such as PoQuID or Upcare. He actively contributes to the standardization of cryptography and smart card interfaces in ISO/IEC. In his spare time, Frank enjoys sharing his enthusiasm for tools that improve user privacy in the open source community.
